Description
This detailed picture of the Helix Nebula shows a fine web of filaments, like the spokes of a bicycle, embedded in the colorful red and blue gas ring around this dying star. The Helix Nebula is one of the nearest planetary nebulae to Earth, only 650 light years away.

Just as a document of the sheer physical labor that goes into covering a giant sky with color, Eye of God is never less than absorbing. I am in total love with the product. They say, beauty is in the eye of beholder, but well this beauty can’t miss even blind eyes! I can smell it good. Real good. Placed just above my couch in office and it completes everything. Thank you Nasa. Thank you hubbleart!
