Shipping

How do I track my Order?

When your canvas is shipped, we will send an email with a tracking number.

When will my order ship?

Our goal is to have orders, received before 5:00 pm Central Time, shipped four business days after receipt of your order.

Due to our production capabilities and the rigorous schedule that we prepare and follow to achieve our 4-business day turnaround for all customer orders, we are unable to expedite the production. If  you wish to upgrade your shipping to UPS Next Day or 2-Day Air leave a note in Order Notes and we will contact you with a cost.

For ground transit times, please see http://www.ups.com/maps/results for a transit time map from our zip code, 62232. Please feel free to contact us with questions.

NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. or A.P.O. Boxes

NOTE: We do not have the facility for a local pickup.

 

What if I’m shipping my canvas internationally?

Our free shipping extends to United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.  For other countries, contact us directly at info@hubbleart.com and we’ll let you know the shipping costs.

Please note, some of the larger sizes – bigger than 30″x30″ cannot be shipped to Canada.  Please send us a note if you have any questions.

Note: To save you money, we will select the cheapest carrier that can provide a proof of delivery.
