We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in regards to the workmanship and quality of materials used to produce your gallery wrap. If you are not completely satisfied with your canvas, or if it arrives damaged we’ll fix the problem as fast as possible.<\/p>\n

Orders with custom sizes or images are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

We accept all major credit cards. We use Paypal as our back-end online payment processor.\u00a0YOU DO NOT need\u00a0<\/b>to be a Paypal member to pay for your order.<\/p>\n

We also have arranged with \u00a0Paypal to offer Bill Me Later that allows you to spread your purchase out over 6 months.<\/p>\n

Non-Paypal members can pay using major credit cards. Paypal members can pay us using any of the payment methods that are available to their Paypal account.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to have orders, received before 5:00 pm Central Time, shipped four business days after receipt of your order.<\/p>\n

Due to our production capabilities and the rigorous\u00a0schedule that we prepare and follow to achieve\u00a0our 4-business day turnaround for all customer orders, we are unable to expedite the production. If \u00a0you wish to upgrade your shipping to UPS Next Day or 2-Day Air leave a note in Order Notes\u00a0<\/strong>and we will contact you with a cost.<\/p>\n

How do I clean my Canvas?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

If your canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

How do I hang my canvas?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Your canvas comes with pre-installed hanging hardware (two sawtooth hangers to accomodate landscape and portrait).<\/p>\n

How durable is the canvas? Will the colors fade?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We use only premium quality materials in our Canvas Gallery Wraps.<\/p>\n

Our canvas, ink, and coatings used for the Premium canvases are formulated to work together to provide the highest quality, longest lasting product available. We use a UV test chamber and we continually test our materials to ensure that color will stand the test of time and last as long or longer than any other canvas prints available<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Can’t I do the same thing?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Maybe you can, but …<\/p>\n

We start with a library of images from the Hubble Space Telescope. \u00a0Next comes the image enhancement process where we use a variety of software to bring the image to it’s peak. \u00a0This involves things like saturation, radiance, balancing colors and contrast through three different tone ranges. \u00a0Remember dodge and burn from your film development days. \u00a0The resulting image is an artistic expression of the original image.<\/p>\n

Next comes the test prints using various inks, canvas and resolutions to ensure we get the right blend to produce an optimal image. \u00a0Plan on throwing away the first 10 tries.<\/p>\n

Finally, the canvas is stretched and framed and mounted on a variety of backgrounds to be sure we haven’t missed anything.<\/p>\n

The result is a canvas that you can be proud to own.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Value versus Premium What’s the difference?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Premium Canvas Prints are stretched over a 1.25″ wood frame in a Gallery Wrap while Value Canvas Prints are unmounted rolled canvas that you will receive in a tube.<\/p>\n

The quality of the images and prints is identical.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Can I get an image into black and white or sepia?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

What is Gallery Wrap?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Unlike photographs, canvases are three-dimensional. \u00a0We almost universally use a gallery wrap which extends the image over the edge of the stretcher bars.<\/p>\n

The gallery wrap allows the edges of your image to continue onto the sides of your canvas. If your image is too tightly cropped, just let us know.<\/p>\n

We do not provide framing at this time. \u00a0All of our Premium canvases are shipped gallery wrapped for display without a frame.<\/p>\n

What size should I order?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We’ve taken a bit of the science out of this for you by addressing pixels, resolution, aspect ratio, contrast, saturation, etc. \u00a0All you need concern yourself with is:<\/p>\n

1. How big is the space i have for display.<\/p>\n

2. How far away will people be when viewing canvas.<\/p>\n

In a normal home situation, our 30×30 canvas viewed from 6-7 feet \u00a0is optimal. \u00a0If the typical viewing distance is 3-4 feet then you may wish to order 24×24.<\/p>\n

On a personal note, since most of these images are not photo-realist but rather disabiguous, the criteria becomes more “how it moves you” as opposed to “is it pixel for pixel accurate”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Custom Prints<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Yes you can order a custom print where you select the image, the size and the medium. \u00a0We have the ability to print canvas up to 60″ by 20′, \u00a0photo paper up to 48″ wide, and can even have one of our artists create a beautiful oil, watercolor, or acrylic painting. \u00a0Just send us a note on the Contact Us <\/a>page to let us know what you have in mind.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

What sizes are available?<\/a><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Our standard sizes are from 10″ \u00a0x10″ to 32″ x 48″. \u00a0You will see the sizes available in the drop-down box on the product page. \u00a0Certain sizes are not available due to the *aspect ratio of the image.<\/p>\n

Canvas prints can be up to 5.24′ by virtually any length as a custom order.<\/p>\n

Photopaper prints, which will plan on adding to our product line in the 4th quarter, can be any size up to 53″ width and virtually any length as a custom order.<\/p>\n

Realistically, the size of the print will be limited by the size of the image (pixels), the viewing distance, and the quality of the image. \u00a0We will be happy to work with you on any special needs.<\/p>\n
